I thought that in that day and age it was inappropriate to leave a young lady alone with a gentlemen. And yet Mrs. Bennet seem insistent on doing so. I am glad Mr. Bennet spends the next day with him. Hopefully Mr. Bennet will like the man.

Oh my goodness we don't even get to hear Mr. Bingley's proposal!! Elizabeth interrupts them, but we don't actually get to hear him say the words. But Jane is so excited and he's off to see Mr. Bennet.

"Kitty simpered and smiled, and hoped her turn was coming soon" HAHAH hilarious!! Silly there is MORE to life than getting a husband. Besides does she think it's happily every after, after the wedding!

AH but Lydia is forever out of the picture, especially now with Jane's happiness!! I am so thrilled!
